A number of people had the same challenge as me with the Saturday being cancelled. The cancellation is not the issue as it was the right decision although this should have been cancelled days before like many other events in the region due to the weather. The real issue here is that non of the purchased tickets for the Saturday were usable on the Sunday when the event did happen nor were they refunded. I approached the company via email, facebook and called them and the responses were all the same. “We have a no refund policy”. Knowing they have insurances to cover sich eventualities i find appalling they will not refund consumers. Its not about the £20 parking its the principle of it. I feel sorry for the traders and staff that also lost money..
