Welcome to Columbus! My home features a modern, stylish, and open concept style living space that was built a few years ago in the Franklinton neighborhood. Centrally located, the house is just a mile and a half from downtown and a quick 5-10 minute drive to Ohio State. There's a coffee shop, diner, and small market within a few blocks. The thriving East Franklinton district with breweries, bars, and restaurants is a mile walk. There's also a bus stop on the block and scooters available. The house was built three years ago and is a rare find for the area. The first house built by local architect, Jeremy A.
