There are lots across from Barclays. I try to find a meter on Atlantic Avenue but it depends on how much time is needed as some meters have time limits.
How safe is it for a single person to take the subway from BAM Harvey Theatre on Fulton at night after a show around 11pm at night? In particular I'm looking at the Dekalb Ave station. I would assume after a show it's fairly safe because of the number of other people who will presumably be taking the subway.

Totally safe. The Fulton station only has F/G trains but Atlantic station is 1 block away. DeKalb is also fine. Good luck and enjoy!
