Palmyra is a town in Somerset County, Maine, United States. The population was 1,924 at the 2020 census. Palmyra was incorporated in 1807. According to the United States Census Bureau, the town has a total area of 41.44 square miles, of which 40.16 square miles is land and 1.28 square miles is water.
