Enzo Maresca has been named as the Premier League ’s manager of the month for September, with Cole Palmer making it a double success for Chelsea as he picked up the player’s award.

There are no awards for guessing that it’s of course Cole Palmer who’s responsible for these two wins, following up his April award by now also winning it for September! Considering that he scored five goals, and added an assist as well, he was head and shoulders a class above all the other nominees.

Cole Palmer has now won two of the last three Premier League Player of the Month awards, with only Lampard (four) winning more for the Blues than the 22-year-old (two)
