Cincinnati Bengals wide receiver Ja'Marr Chase has been fined for the second time this season and fourth of his career, but he said he doesn't know what he did to warrant it.

As far as Ja'Marr Chase is concerned, the 1-4 Bengals can't wait any longer to turn their season around and must get it going Sunday against the Giants.
