Tropical Storm Oscar formed on Saturday, the 15th named storm of this year’s Atlantic hurricane season and the second in less than a day. It’s expected to bring heavy rain to the Caribbean islands this weekend, including Cuba, which has been facing a nationwide electricity crisis.

Cuba issued a hurricane warning for its northern coast regarding Hurricane Oscar, which is forecast to make landfall in Cuba on Sunday night, the U.S. National Hurricane Center said on Saturday. Read more at straitstimes.
