Vikash Yadav, wanted by the FBI for allegedly plotting the murder of Khalistani terrorist Gurpatwant Singh Pannun, was arrested 10 months ago by the Delhi Police Special Cell in connection with a kidnapping and attempted murder case.

Delhi Police had arrested Yadav on December 18 in the Indian capital, the police officer said. Yadav and an associate were charged with attempted murder and other crimes, according to a filing in a Delhi district court.

As per the US indictment, Vikash Yadav served as an officer in the CRPF, and has counter intelligence training, apart from being trained in weapons and battlecraft.

RAW officer, Yadav was also arrested last year in December and granted bail in April this year. He is on FBI’s 'most wanted' list.
