A Harris-Walz campaign yard sign was stolen off of a woman's property in Springfield, Missouri, and her Apple AirTags led her to the thieves.

A political theft unraveled by tiny tech. Over the weekend, someone swiped dozens of political signs from the Rountree Neighborhood in Springfield, but an Apple AirTag led to the discovery.

"I expected to find the AirTag, but not 59 signs. It was kind of like finding a dead body," the Missouri woman said.
