The 3-year-old lost four fingers on her right hand after becoming trapped in a Houston store's escalator, according to the lawsuit.

The family of a 3-year-old girl is suing H-E-B and TK Elevator Corporation after four of her fingers were amputated by an escalator at the grocer’s Bellaire store, according to court documents. National civil rights attorney Ben Crump filed the lawsuit Wednesday.
