Reaching 23 under for the tournament, McCarty put some ground between himself and the field across four days in Utah to achieve a three-stroke victory over Stephan Jaeger at the 2024 Black Desert Championship.

The 26-year-old, who plays from the other side of the ball, closed in 4-under 67 at Black Desert Resort in Ivins, Utah, to post 23-under 261, good for a three-stroke margin.
