Photos and videos taken from space show the breadth of Hurricane Milton, a massive storm churning in the Gulf of Mexico towards Florida. The storm is expected to make landfall Wednesday night, likely as a Category 3, forecasters said. While moving over the Gulf of Mexico, Milton has fluctuated between a Category 4 and 5 storm.

Milton, which is churning off the western coast of Florida, was captured by external cameras on the International Space Station just before 9 a.m. ET. The massive storm clouds can be seen heading for landfall somewhere just south of Tampa, near Sarasota.
