Obed Bapela has been sacked from his position as ANC Deputy Chairperson and as a member of the party’s national executive committee sub-committee on International Relations.

ANC NEC member Obed Bapela has been relieved of his duties as Deputy Chair of the party's the International Relations Subcommittee. The ANC says Bapela failed to explain a trip he took to Morocco. He now faces disciplinary action for violating the party's Constitution.
