Spectrum moves back internet restoration date for Upstate counties
GREENVILLE, S.C. (FOX Carolina) - Days after Spectrum said most internet would be restored to all accessible locations by Wednesday, Oct. 16, they have pushed the restoration date back for Upstate counties. Below is the latest update from Spectrum for South Carolina:
