A wealthy conservative donor who has donated more than half a billion dollars to Harvard criticized the antisemitism on campus and said he would no longer financially support the school, worrying it had become “lost in the wilderness,” according to The Hill.

Harvard has seen donations tumble by nearly 15 per cent in a year amid anger over the handling of anti-Semitism on the university’s campus.

Gifts specifically to Harvard’s endowment fell by 34 percent, dropping to $368.1 million from $560.6 million the year before. However, the school’s investment fund still gained 9.6 percent for the fiscal year, bringing its total value to $53.2 billion — the largest academic endowment in the world.
