Five-time Pro Bowl WR DeAndre Hopkins reportedly will team up with QB Patrick Mahomes in Kansas City to help the Chiefs attempt a Super Bowl three-peat.

The Chiefs gave up a conditional fourth-round pick for Hopkins in the hopes of boosting their pass-catching corps as they chase the historic three-peat this year. Hopkins, a 12-year veteran and five-time Pro Bowler, has 15 catches for 173 yards and one touchdown through six games with the Titans.

The move comes almost two weeks ahead of the NFL trade deadline and is the third wide receiver move made this season, after Davante Adams was traded to the New York Jets, and Amari Cooper went to the Buffalo Bills.

The Kansas City Chiefs, the NFL's sole remaining unbeaten team, will try to continue that streak Sunday on the road against the Las Vegas Raiders. The reigning Super Bowl champions, the Chiefs (6-0) haven't lost since last Christmas Day -- 20-14 to the Raiders.
