WICHITA FALLS, Texas. (KSWO) - Amazon has recently announced plans to start construction and open a new last mile facility in Wichita Falls.

Amazon will build a warehouse facility in Wichita Falls. Ron Kitchens, CEO of the Wichita Falls Chamber of Commerce, announced Monday that online retailer Amazon has purchased land in the Wichita Falls Business Park for a “last mile” distribution center.

The new 125,000-square-foot facility, slated to be located at the city's business park off Fisher Road, will also spur improvements in local infrastructure.
