Authorities have identified a Webster man struck and killed in a hit-and-run crash near Lake Street early on Saturday.

A pedestrian was killed in a hit-and-run crash involving a jeep along 9th Avenue South in St. Petersburg Monday evening.

A man was killed after a hit-and-run crash in Westminster, and police were on the hunt for the suspect, authorities said Tuesday. The crash occurred at around 10:20 p.m. Monday in the area of Westminster Boulevard and Yockey Street.

Police found a car with crash damage in a nearby neighborhood following the collision but no charges have been filed.

A vehicle with crash damage was located in a nearby neighborhood, although authorities say no charges have been filed at this time. The investigation remains active and ongoing by Webster Police and the Worcester DA’s Office.

Traffic traveling north into Birmingham was directed off of the interstate earlier in the morning as emergency responders worked the accident. There identification of the victim has not yet been released.
