State Police have canceled the Silver Alert they issued earlier Monday after Turkey Creek man was found missing from his home.

A Silver Alert had been issued in Waukesha County for a man who was last seen at his Brookfield assisted living facility Friday afternoon. He has since been located safe.

NORTH WATERBORO, Maine (WABI) - A Silver Alert has been issued for a North Waterboro woman. Police say Mary Choiniere, 72 was last seen at her home on Lazy Brook Road at around 5:30 Saturday evening. They say she suffers from cognitive issues and is driving a brown 2015 Honda CRV with a license plate that reads 5468 VA.

A Silver Alert was issued for 75-year-old Johnny Irby of Brown Deer on Saturday – last seen around 11 a.m. near Sherman and Capitol in Milwaukee.

MEQUON, Wis. - UPDATE: The statewide Silver Alert issued on Friday for Thomas Wollersheim of Mequon has been canceled. He was found safe in Whitefish Bay. The original missing person notice is available below.

Police say Thomas has been found safe. Authorities need your help finding a missing Brookfield man, Thomas Rezutek. According to the Brookfield Police Department, Thomas is 72 years old, white, 5' ft 10" in height,

Thomas was last seen Friday, October 18 around 12 p.m. at his assisted living facility. He does not have access to a vehicle or a cell phone.
