Cincinnati Bengals quarterback Joe Burrow completed an astounding touchdown pass to teammate Tee Higgins in the team's 24-6 win against the Cleveland Browns on Sunday. Burrow was falling to the turf and was horizontal when he tossed the tremendous touchdown pass to Higgins.

Joe Burrow threw an absolutely unbelievable touchdown pass to Tee Higgins during the Cincinnati Bengals' 24-6 win over the Cleveland Browns in Week 16. Burrow was basically parallel with the ground when he somehow delivered a strike to Higgins in the end zone.
