He does not have access to a vehicle or a cellphone. His destination and reason for leaving are both unknown.

A Silver Alert has been issued in Waukesha County for a man who was last seen at his Brookfield assisted living facility Friday afternoon. Silver Alerts are issued for elderly people who are missing and believed to have dementia or some other cognitive impairment.
